CV originally came up with the idea of the Assembly back in 2015 as an RP crossover platform for existing media. However, it slowly morphed into its current state as a webcomic centered around multiversal travel.
Nedacman, Main Writer and Storyline Designer
Nedacman is a tall fellow with a penchant for mollusks wearing suits. He met CV in 2016, as they bonded over being the only two nerds in their gym class. During the mandatory mile runs, they would often talk about new ideas for the Assembly- much of what you see today was borne from those very talks. Thankfully, most of the heavy breathing was left out.

Content Designer
DJ first met Ned online in 2016, as they talked about their respective Homestuck OCs. After a short while, Ned added CV to the mix, and the three of them hit it off from there. Nowadays, DJ creates a lot of of the Assembly's lore, having already created much of the Assembly's later storyline.

We didn't do this alone. The Assembly is and always has been a collaborative project, with background characters, stories, and universes coming from a multitude of different creators.
